About Rocky Mountain Lawn Co

South of town the San Juans hold their snow into June, and Mount Sneffels sits on the horizon like a promise the valley hasn't cashed yet. Down here at fifty-eight hundred feet the grass wakes early — first green in March, first cut not long after — and Rocky Mountain Lawn Co is out for it. Mowing, string trimming, sharp edges along walk and drive, fertilizer timed to the green-up, aeration when the tight valley clay finally asks for air. The schedule holds steady all summer, and in fall the leaves come off ahead of the first hard freeze. A lawn kept this way carries the whole season without ever looking tired.
