About Colorado Seed llc

Seen from the highway, the ground around Monte Vista is stitched in circles — barley, potatoes, hay — and green is a thing this valley earns rather than assumes. Colorado Seed llc brings that same attention to the smaller squares of it: seeding and overseeding thin lawns, mowing, trimming and edging, and clearing the yard out at both ends of the season. Turf at this altitude wants the right seed and an honest watering plan more than it wants fussing. There is a particular pleasure in returning three weeks after a seeding to find the bare patch filled in and matching its neighbors. By August the yard reads as one continuous piece of green, and that is the whole idea.
