About Acosta Landscapes

Every green thing in this town is borrowed water — snowmelt that comes down the St. Vrain in May, ditch water turned into the laterals, sprinklers ticking through a dry June evening. Acosta Landscapes works with that in mind, cutting Firestone lawns at a height that lets the roots keep what they're given instead of surrendering it to the afternoon. The cottonwoods along the creek bottom go loud and bright while the mowing runs on, week after week, edges trimmed and clippings cleared. There's real satisfaction in a lawn that stays thick in a place where nothing stays thick by accident. Pull into the driveway and it shows.
