The South Platte runs the length of Littleton beneath a corridor of cottonwoods, and the neighborhoods that follow it keep a little of the river's coolness in their yards. JB Landscaping Denver works those streets and the ones climbing away from them, mowing yards and trimming their edges from the first green push of April to the last cut of October. River-adjacent ground grows differently than the dry benches above it, and the schedule bends to match. What stays constant is the finish: an even cut, a tight border, clippings swept off the walk. The yard ends up looking like somebody meant it.
