Colorado Snow Boss

About Colorado Snow Boss

The storms worth respecting in Littleton come up from the northeast, riding cold air backward into the mountains until the whole sky lowers and the snow falls wet and heavy as poured cement. That is March on the Front Range, and it is when Colorado Snow Boss does its most useful work — plowing driveways and lots, cutting walks down to pavement, chipping out the ridge the city plow left across the apron. Heavy snow like that will not wait; leave it an hour past sunrise and it sets up like sidewalk. So the trucks roll while it is still coming down, then roll again once it quits. By the time the sun returns, the way it always does here, the town can simply get on with things.
