The Mineral Belt Trail loops the town like a ring on a finger, and anyone who rides or skis it enough learns the Leadville year by feel — deep and white for most of it, green and fast for a little while. Flow State works both halves: plowing, shoveling and hauling snow through the long side, then mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups once the ground finally lets go. Up here the two trades are really one trade, which is keeping a property usable in weather that has opinions. There is rhythm in that, the same as a good lap. A drive opened before dawn in February and a lawn cut straight in July come from the same hands and the same standard.
