About Unique Lawn and Landscaping LLC

By three o'clock on a July afternoon the thunderheads have piled up over the Front Range and started drifting east across town, and every lawn in Lakewood gets twenty loud minutes of rain. Unique Lawn and Landscaping LLC works around that clock — mowing in the cool of the morning, trimming and edging before the sky goes purple. Bluegrass in a semi-arid city wants a cut that leaves it tall enough to shade its own roots, and the mowers are set accordingly. The year opens with a cleanup, closes with the leaves, and the months between are steady upkeep nobody has to think about. The reward is simple: pulling into a yard that looks composed, in a summer that isn't.
