About Prop Maintenance LLC

Lafayette was a coal town, and the old headframe standing over the grass at Simpson Mine Park is a reminder of what early mornings used to mean here. Prop Maintenance LLC keeps its own early hours: plowing lots and drives, shoveling entries and walks while the sky is still the color of slate. The rest of the year those same properties get mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups, the steady upkeep that keeps a building's ground looking looked-after. Snow or grass, the measure stays the same — somebody shows up, and by the time you arrive it is already done.
