La Junta Lawn Care

About La Junta Lawn Care

The town is named for a junction, and the work follows the same logic: two seasons meeting at the same address. Through summer La Junta Lawn Care mows, edges and trims across the valley's long hot afternoons, keeping lines sharp and clippings carried off; through winter it plows drives and lots, shovels walks and steps, and treats the ice that lingers wherever the sun can't reach. It means one yard gets looked after the whole way around the calendar — green and squared off in July, clear and safe underfoot in January. There's a continuity in that a person comes to like, knowing the slope of every driveway and the exact spot where water pools and freezes. One place, two kinds of weather, tended by the same hands.
