Complete Tree Service

About Complete Tree Service

In the Arkansas Valley the cottonwoods are the tallest thing for miles, and La Junta treats its shade like something valuable. Complete Tree Service prunes and trims those wide spreading crowns — dead wood out, clearance over the sidewalk, weight taken off a limb that reached too far — and removes the trees that have finally given out. July is long and bright and a hundred degrees by two in the afternoon, and the difference between a shaded yard and a bare one is the difference between two houses. Storms come up the valley in the evening and can drop a limb the size of a small tree; by the next morning it is cut up and carried off. Freight moves through town all night, and the work starts early, ahead of the heat.
