About Mountain Family Tree Services.

Kittredge is strung along Bear Creek where the canyon narrows and the ponderosas come right down to the road. Mountain Family Tree Services. works those steep pitches above the water — trimming pines back from cabin eaves and the highway, pruning aspen clumps that have crowded themselves out of light, and removing beetle-hit trees before one finds a roof on its own. There is no easy access on this ground; everything is rope, wedge, and a plan for exactly where the piece will land. After a heavy wet snow slides out of the canopy, the calls come in from every side road at once. When the creek runs loud in June and sun reaches the needles through a crown you opened up, the work shows itself.
