About Elevation Lawn and Landscaping LLC

The Ken Caryl valley sits behind the hogback like a room with the door mostly closed — red rock along the rim, Deer Creek Canyon pulling cold air down at dusk, and lawns that catch the very first and very last sun of the day. Elevation Lawn and Landscaping LLC works both seasons in that pocket: mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, aeration and cleanups through the warm months, then plowing, driveway and walkway clearing, shoveling and ice treatment once winter comes over the ridge. Front Range storms arrive here on a slant, dumping hard against the west-facing slopes and skipping the street below entirely. That means reading the ground rather than the forecast. The payoff is a sharp green yard in June and a bare driveway in February, both on a property backed up against a wall of sandstone.
