Top-Notch Tree Service

About Top-Notch Tree Service

Johnstown grew up on beet ground between the two Thompsons and has been filling in ever since — new streets of young maples on one side, old farmstead cottonwoods on the other. Top-Notch Tree Service works both: pruning saplings into a frame that will carry a canopy one day, trimming the giants back off roofs and service drops, and taking down the ones that split. March and April send wind across this stretch with nothing to slow it, and a weak fork finds out about it in a hurry. The cleanup afterward is straightforward and good — limbs chipped, lawn raked, driveway swept, the whole place looking like an ordinary Tuesday again. On a clear evening the Front Range lines up along the horizon, and the town's trees stand out against it one at a time.
