About CPI of Colorado

A property in Johnstown asks for something different every eight weeks or so, and CPI of Colorado answers the whole calendar. Spring and summer it's mowing, trimming, edging and clearing what has grown where it shouldn't; late fall it's the leaf haul; deep winter it's plowing lots and driveways and opening entries at an hour when the only other light on the block is the streetlamp. Working both halves of the year means learning which corners hold ice into March and which strip of turf scorches first in August. The result shows up quietly, as a place that simply always looks looked-after. Johnstown, Milliken and the towns nearby.
