About Foothills Ground Control LLC

Indian Hills climbs Parmalee Gulch in ponderosa shade, on roads that switch back so tightly a delivery driver has to think about it. Foothills Ground Control LLC handles both halves of the mountain year here: mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, aeration and seasonal cleanups while the ground is green, then plowing driveways, clearing turnarounds, shoveling steps and decks, and sanding grades once the weather changes its mind. Pine needles in September, eight inches of snow in April — the calendar is more of a suggestion than a rule at seven thousand feet. What stays constant is a driveway open to the county road and a yard that has been looked after. Under Mount Falcon, with the pines laying their shadows across the gravel, that is enough to make a place feel kept.
