Denver Tree Care

About Denver Tree Care

Hudson sits out on the open plain where the shelterbelts do the real work — double rows of elm and cottonwood planted to stand between a farmhouse and the wind. Denver Tree Care keeps those rows honest, cutting dead wood out, pruning the young trees to one straight strong lead, and removing what the dry years have hollowed from the inside. When a summer storm comes across the fields you can watch it approach for twenty minutes before it reaches you, and afterward there are limbs down along the county roads and a yard to put back together. The grain elevator throws a long shadow at sundown, and the mountains sit blue along the west edge of everything. It is roomy country to work in, and a big tree out here was earned the hard way.
