About Wellco Services

Haswell is a small dot on Highway 96, out where Kiowa County's wheat and shortgrass run flat to every edge of the sky. Here a green lawn is something earned: the wind rarely rests, the sun bears down hard, and rain comes when it pleases. Wellco Services keeps yards in town mowed, trimmed and holding their own against the prairie, patches of cool green beside the gravel streets and the wheat ground. Evening is the gentlest hour, when the heat lifts and the light goes long and copper across the lawns. That little oasis, kept neat on the open plains, is worth every pass of the mower.
