About Maple Leaf Landscaping & Maintenance Inc.

October in the Grand Valley runs gold for about three weeks, and then it doesn't. Maple Leaf Landscaping & Maintenance Inc. rides both ends of that — mowing, trimming, feeding and aerating lawns through the growing season, raking and hauling the drop when it comes, then plowing and shoveling once December closes in. From Grand Junction out toward Fruita the winter light goes long and low, and frost holds in the shade until nearly noon. A driveway opened at that hour is a small mercy. The work changes tools and keeps its shape.
