About Grand County Arborist, LLC - Tree Service

Granby lies out in Middle Park, where the sage runs flat to the base of the mountains and cold settles into the valley overnight like water into a bowl. Grand County Arborist, LLC - Tree Service works this high country of lodgepole, aspen and blue spruce — pruning in the short bright window between mud and frost, reading a stand for the gray standing among the green, and removing pines that will not come back. Winter is the honest season here: thirty below at first light, snow to the fence rails, and a leaning tree over a cabin roof is the thing you deal with now. Around Lake Granby the wind gets a whole valley to run at, and a crown thinned properly takes it without complaint. Then July arrives, the aspens go loud along the Fraser, and every cold month of work disappears into all that green.
