In September the elk begin bugling in the timber, the gambel oak turns, and the last cuts of the year go down beneath a sky that has already gone autumn-blue. Bugle Lawn & Landscape Inc works these yards straight through the season — mowing, trimming, edging, bed and border upkeep, and cleanups in spring and fall. At seven thousand feet the divide brews its own weather: hail in June, dry heat in August, snow that can arrive ahead of Halloween, so the growing months get worked hard while they last. By dusk the yard is cut clean, the borders run sharp along the drive, and the oak brush glows where the mower stopped.
