Legacy Lawn Care

About Legacy Lawn Care

There is an hour at the close of a Genesee day when the sun drops behind the ridge, the gambel oak on the slopes goes rust-colored, and the deer come down through the pines as though they hold the deed. Legacy Lawn Care is usually finishing right then — the last yard cut, trimmed and edged, clippings cleared, tools going back in the truck while the light stretches long and gold across the meadow. Foothill lawns live at seventy-five hundred feet in decomposed granite, and holding them green through a dry August takes patient, repeated mowing instead of heroics. The result is worth the drive up the hill: a close, even lawn ringed by scrub oak and pine, borders cut sharp against the drive, and the whole Front Range laid out below.
