Frontier Turf

About Frontier Turf

Out along the Platte Valley the fields are worked in stripes — hay, corn, sod — and there is no reason a front yard should not hold a line just as true. Frontier Turf keeps lawns cut, trimmed and edged around Fort Lupton, holding the grass at a height that can take the June sun without scorching. A spring cleanup opens the season, weekly cutting carries it, and fall leaf work closes it out. At nearly a mile up the light is fierce and the air is thin and dry, so turf still green in August is turf somebody has been thinking about since April. The stripes are the fun part; the thinking is the work.
