Precision Landscape and Maintenance

About Precision Landscape and Maintenance

There is a craft to a plowed parking lot that most people only notice when it is missing — passes overlapped, piles put somewhere sensible, the curb line followed instead of guessed at. Precision Landscape and Maintenance works to that standard on Fort Collins drives and lots, usually in the dark, usually between the end of a storm and the first delivery truck on College Avenue. Walks and entries are shoveled by hand, and ice control goes down on the approaches where boots meet a slope. Snow doesn't reward hurry so much as it rewards knowing the property. By the time the doors open, the ground reads as though the storm went around.
