About EcoScapes Landscaping and Design

There is a wind that comes across the water at Centennial Park in late October and strips a maple in an afternoon — Englewood's way of announcing that the mowing season is nearly done. EcoScapes Landscaping and Design carries a property straight through that moment: fall cleanup and leaf removal, then plowing and shoveling once the drives need opening, then mowing, trimming and bed work when the ground softens again. Landscape design here means planning for brilliant sun, thin air and the occasional foot of March snow, all in one yard. The pleasure is in seeing a design hold its shape in the plain months, not only the photogenic ones. Curb, walk, bed, lawn — all of it kept in line.
