About TJA Property Services

There is a week in late October when the peaks west of town go white for the first time while the grass on Holly Street is still stubbornly green. TJA Property Services works that stretch of the calendar closely in Cherry Hills Village — the final mows, the edges cut sharp one last time, leaves and fall cleanup hauled away before the ground hardens. Autumn fertilization and aeration go in then too, quiet work that pays out months later. Through the warm season it is the familiar round: mowing, trimming, weed control, keeping the borders true on lots that give a mower plenty to do. A yard closed out right in November is a yard that comes back strong, and that is the part worth doing carefully.
