Ruby Hill is a hill full of sleds in February and a hill full of kites in June, which is a fair description of the year J.C. Lawncare works. Through the warm months it is mowing, edging, trimming and cleanups across Overland and the Platte-side blocks; through winter it is plowing drives and lots, shoveling walks, and putting ice melt down before dawn. Same neighborhoods, opposite jobs, one crew that already knows where the gate latch sticks. Denver hands over both extremes and rarely gives much notice before switching. Being ready for either is what keeps a property looking looked-after all twelve months.
