The Family Lawn

About The Family Lawn

Late August in Denver, the light turns amber across the yards toward evening, the long shadows reaching over the grass, and the lawns give off that cut-grass smell that means the week is finished. The Family Lawn keeps properties on that rhythm, holding lawns at an even height, edging the borders, and carrying off the clippings and yard debris when the job is done. A lawn finished right reads from the road before anyone steps out of the car. It is ordinary work given full attention, one address at a time, and the reward is the look of a place that nobody has to apologize for. Denver and the surrounding towns are the map.
