About Colorado Lawnscaping, Inc.

Around University Park the sidewalks buckle gently over old tree roots and the streets go dim green in July, then blaze yellow the week the cottonwoods and honeylocusts decide it's over. Colorado Lawnscaping, Inc. works those blocks all season — mowing on a rhythm the neighborhood can hear coming, trimming close to the flagstone and the low walls, keeping the grass under mature shade from going thin and patchy. Denver's dry air makes the growing window feel shorter than the calendar says, so spring cleanups start early and the last cut runs late, right up to the first hard freeze. Then the leaves come down all at once and the rakes go to work. The reward is a yard that looks composed under those big old trees, from green-up through the final autumn haul.
