About Choice Properties

Delta's side streets fill in quietly. A storm comes over from the west, the cottonwoods along the ditch banks go pale, and by morning every walk in the neighborhood needs the same six feet cleared. Choice Properties handles that clearing — driveways, entries, and the shaded north side of a house where a boot print can freeze in place until March. The trick in a high-desert town is the freeze and thaw: sun softens the top at noon, night locks it down, and what was slush becomes glass. Lifting it while it is still snow is the whole art. What's left behind is a doorstep somebody can carry groceries across without thinking twice.
