About Mountain Home Management CB LLC

Crested Butte sits nearly nine thousand feet up, cupped in a bowl of peaks, and its winters are measured in feet rather than inches. After a night storm has stacked powder against the painted false fronts of Elk Avenue, Mountain Home Management CB LLC sets about the snow removal. Driveways open, walks are shoveled down to bare pavement, and the way to the front door is clear again. There is a particular joy in seeing a buried house made reachable, its path cut clean between two shoulder-high banks. Then morning light touches the summit of Mount Crested Butte, the whole town glitters, and the day can begin.
