About Schaus Enterprises

There is a week every October along the Highway 40 corridor east of Craig when the mowers come off the trailer for the last time and the plows go on, and Schaus Enterprises knows that week by feel. Summer here is mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups on properties that sit out where lawn gives way to hayfield and open country. Winter is the other half of the same promise — driveways opened, walks shoveled, lots cleared and sanded before anyone needs to use them. Serving one address across both halves of the year means noticing things: where snow always piles, where the grass always burns first. That kind of attention is what makes a place look tended rather than merely cut.
