About Advantage K-Lawn

Cortez sits in a valley that only turns green because water was talked into coming here, ditches running down out of the highlands and sprinklers ticking over alfalfa and bluegrass alike. Advantage K-Lawn works the lawns of that valley, mowing to a rhythm the grass can rely on, trimming fence lines and cutting edges along walks until a property reads clean from the street. At better than six thousand feet the sun is close and the air is thin and dry, so fertilization, weed control and the right blade height decide how a yard survives July. Aeration opens the tight ground, and cleanups bracket the season at either end. A deep, even lawn in this country is a small deliberate victory, and it looks like one.
