About NIKA Property Services

Monday, first light, and the route begins: the walk-throughs, the gates, the strips of turf between a lot and the sidewalk that everyone sees and nobody thinks about. NIKA Property Services keeps grounds like these across Four Square Mile and along the Havana corridor, where a single square mile of streets holds houses, courtyards and shared green in one tight grid. Mowing on a schedule, edging so every walkway keeps its shape, trimming around signs, posts and hydrants, aeration and feeding to hold turf under foot traffic, cleanups when spring and fall turn over. Thin soil and a stingy sky at this elevation do not forgive a skipped week. Done right, the ground looks the same good way every time somebody pulls in.
