About Affordable Services, Inc.

Old Colorado City keeps its lots narrow and its alleys busy, and the yards behind Colorado Avenue are small enough that a single uneven line shows from the sidewalk. Affordable Services, Inc. mows and trims through those blocks and out across the west side, working around stone walls, old spruce and the sidewalk strips that dry out first every summer. A calm Colorado Springs midday can turn into a hard downpour in twenty minutes, so mowing gets done early and trimming follows the shade around the house. String trimming at fence posts, a crisp edge at the curb, clippings hauled off, and cleanups when the ash and locust let go all at once in October. Cut short of scalping and a lawn here will hold its color deep into fall — the mowing should help that along, not fight it.
