About AV Property Services

Behind a lot of Clifton fences runs a lateral, a small ditch carrying Colorado River water to grass that would otherwise be sage and stone. When that water comes on in April the whole valley changes color inside of two weeks, and the mowing season begins in earnest. AV Property Services keeps the borrowed green in order: cut on a steady weekly rhythm, trimmed close around posts and meter boxes, cuttings gathered so nothing mats down in the heat. There is satisfaction in a yard that reads tidy from the street and feels soft underfoot at the same time. Water is worked hard in this country, and what it grows deserves to be kept.
