Perennial Lawn & Landscape

About Perennial Lawn & Landscape

The High Line Canal draws its slow green seam across Centennial, and the yards that back onto it wake early, still cool while the rest of the day is deciding what to be. Perennial Lawn & Landscape works those mornings — mowing while the dew is still sitting on the bluegrass, running the trimmer tight to the fence posts, cutting an edge along the front walk you could lay a ruler against. At 5,800 feet the light comes in hard and the air gives nothing back, so a good lawn here is earned rather than assumed: cut high, kept even, fed on a schedule the season sets. Spring cleanups open the year and fall cleanups close it, and in between there is the plain pleasure of leaving a block tidier than it was found. Ordinary work, done with care, in a town that notices the difference.
