About Kona Snow & Turf

There is a wind that comes down off the peaks in midwinter, warm and dry and startling, and it can take a foot of Centennial snow down to patches in a single afternoon. Kona Snow & Turf works both sides of that — plowing and shoveling drives and walks while the snow is still fresh and workable, then treating the ice that sets in when the runoff meets a cold night. Lots and entries, steps and gate paths, all opened wide rather than narrowly. Waiting on the chinook is a gamble the shady north side of a house never wins. Clearing it properly the first time is the whole strategy.
