Apex Curb Appeal

About Apex Curb Appeal

There is a moment, right after the mower shuts off on a Cherry Knolls cul-de-sac in late June, when the whole street seems to hold still — stripes laid straight, edges cut sharp along the walk, clippings blown back off the concrete. Apex Curb Appeal chases that moment. The work is mowing, edging, trimming around fences and mailboxes, feeding the turf, aerating compacted ground, and clearing leaves when the ash trees let go in October. Centennial sits high and dry at the foot of the mountains, where bluegrass has to be coaxed rather than assumed, so the routine is patient and repeated. What the neighbors see from the street is the whole report card, and it is worth reading well.
