Knothead Tree and Lawn Care

About Knothead Tree and Lawn Care

On the ridges above Castle Rock the gambel oak grows in stubborn thickets, all elbows and knots, and the grass beneath it keeps a schedule of its own. Knothead Tree and Lawn Care works the late-afternoon hours, when the light comes sideways off Memmen Ridge and every mowing line stands up like corduroy. Mowing, edging, string-trimming along fence lines and rock borders, and the cleanups that pull oak leaf and needle drift back out of the beds — that is the shape of the week. There is a real satisfaction in the last pass, when the trimmer goes quiet and a yard sits square against the scrub-oak hill behind it. Homes across Castle Rock and out toward Sedalia and Franktown are all on the route.
