Blue Knight Gutters

About Blue Knight Gutters

Cañon City gets more sun than almost anywhere in Colorado, which means most snow is gone by lunch — except on the north side of a house, where a strip of walk can stay iced for a week. Blue Knight Gutters spends its winters on exactly those stubborn places: the shaded path, the shadowed steps, the corner of the drive the sun never reaches in December. Snow gets cleared off drives and walkways, and the ice that survives the thaw gets treated before it can set. The work is measured in something small and real — a mail carrier, a neighbor, a grandmother reaching the front door without thinking about her footing. In a town this bright, keeping the dark corners safe is the whole job.
