About General Services Corporation

Along Arapahoe the year is easy to read: irrigation on in April, mowers running by May, leaves down through October, plows out by November. General Services Corporation keeps properties across that whole span — mowing, string trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups while the ground is green, then plowing, shoveling and ice control once it is not. A winter here rarely commits to anything; a foot of snow on Tuesday can be forty degrees and running water on Thursday, then ice at the curb cut by Friday morning. That is why the treatment matters every bit as much as the clearing. Nothing on the list is complicated, but all of it has to happen on time, and that is the entire job.
