About Erie Lawn Boys

Out where town thins into open ground, the wind gets a straight run and Longs Peak sits on the horizon like a held note. Erie Lawn Boys mow, trim and edge on that side of the county, where young lawns go in on land that was dry farmland a few years back and need cutting on a tight schedule before they will fill. Winter out here is wind as much as snowfall — a drift can rebuild across a driveway an hour after it is cleared — so plowing and shoveling get done, and done again, and the walks get salted. Fall cleanups matter because there is nothing between these yards and the next county to stop the leaves from leaving. It is open ground to work, wide and bright, and a clean edge reads from all the way down the street.
