About The Snow Solutions LLC

Cold air slides down the Pine River valley on clear winter nights, and by four in the morning the driveways above Bayfield are stiff with it. The Snow Solutions LLC is out in that dark, plowing drives and clearing walks so the first person awake finds pavement instead of a white wall. Southwest Colorado snow comes dry and light one week and heavy and wet the next; both get moved, and the piles go where they will not block the turn-in. Come summer the blades give way to mowers, and the work turns to weekly mowing, trimming and edging on lots between the highway and the hayfields. Two halves of one year, one yard, handled by people who already know where the culvert is.
