Lawn General

About Lawn General

By late September the aspens on the road to Vallecito Reservoir have gone gold, and the mowing season in Bayfield starts counting down toward frost. Lawn General takes those last cuts seriously — a little lower each pass, edges cleaned along drives and walks, the yard set up to sleep well under the first snow. Through the summer it is the steady rhythm instead: mow, trim, edge, blow the clippings off the concrete, come back next week. Bayfield yards run from small in-town lots off Mill Street to broader stretches out toward Gem Village, and each one gets the same straight lines. There is real satisfaction in a clean lawn under that high blue sky, the kind you notice pulling into your own driveway.
