Late August along Little Dry Creek the greenbelt goes tawny, and the yards backing onto it are the last green thing for a block. Garcia's Landscaping keeps them that way. Mowing and edging week to week, trimming out the fence lines and around the mailbox posts, aeration when the soil finally yields, overseeding and fertilization to build root before the cold. By October the leaves are bagged and the beds are put down for the season. There is real pride in handing a yard back tighter than you found it.
