About Area Northwest Lawn Services

West of Indiana Street the mesas open out and the wind comes off the foothills with nothing standing in its way. Area Northwest Lawn Services keeps the yards up on that high shoulder of Arvada — Leyden, Candelas, the newer blocks where sod meets open prairie. Mowing and trimming here means working with wind and hard sun, so the schedule bends: aeration when the soil gives, overseeding while the nights are still cool, fertilization timed to the season rather than the calendar. The reward is a strip of deep green holding its own against a mile of dry grass. That contrast never gets old.
