About AMK Hardscapes Inc

Eaton wakes early even in winter, the grain elevator standing lit above the rooftops while the rest of town is still dark. That is the hour AMK Hardscapes Inc works by: plow down, headlights on the county grid, driveways opened one at a time before anybody has to think about them. Out here snow rarely just falls, it travels, packing itself into long ridges along fence lines and across the section roads, so clearing it well means knowing where the wind will put it back. Walks get taken down to the concrete, ice melt goes where the shade holds all day, and the pile ends up somewhere it will not be in the way by noon. When the sun finally comes up over the plains and the peaks show white to the west, the way out is already there.
