Altascapes Landscape Management

About Altascapes Landscape Management

On a clear June morning in Yreka, Mount Shasta stands white and enormous at the end of half the streets in town, and the grass is still cool from a night at 2,600 feet. That is the hour Altascapes Landscape Management likes to work — mowers out early, edges cut sharp before the Shasta Valley heat settles in for the day. Summers here are dry and bright, so the craft is in the details: irrigation-friendly mowing heights, feeding the turf when it wants it, pulling the weeds that thrive where lawns falter. A yard finished by noon, striped and clipped with the mountain looking on, is its own kind of reward. Altascapes keeps that standard across Yreka and the small towns scattered through the valley around it.
