About Madrone Landscaping

Where the Greenhorn Mountains come down to meet the Kern River Valley, the light at day's end turns the slopes copper — the same warm color as madrone bark. Madrone Landscaping tends the yards on that hillside ground: lawns mowed and edged on the terraced lots, shrubs and hedges shaped, needles and leaf-fall cleared before they smother the grass. Mountain-valley yards live between two climates, high-country pine above and lake-country sun below, and the work honors both — cool-morning cuts in summer, thorough cleanups when fall strips the trees. There's pride in a green, well-kept patch of ground holding its own on a slope. Wofford Heights, Bodfish, and the valley communities around the lake are the home range.
