William Landscaping and Handyman

About William Landscaping and Handyman

In Williams, the day opens flat and gold, sunlight running unbroken from the rice checks east of town to the dry folds of the Coast Range out along Highway 20. William Landscaping and Handyman works in that big valley light — mowing, edging, trimming back the hedges that the valley summer tries to turn wild. There is a particular satisfaction in a clean line here, where everything else stretches to the horizon: a lawn squared away, a walkway swept, a yard that looks tended the moment you pull in. The heat comes hard by June and the rains come soft by December, and the work bends to both — steady cuts and cleanups in the growing months, leaves and windfall gathered when the gray sets in. Around Williams, Arbuckle, and Maxwell, that is the trade: patient hands, straight edges, and yards that hold their own against the wide open valley.
